Two owners, one pasteurisers, a dozen flavors at a time.
River Bend Gelato is owned and run by Mira Delgado and Tom Hale on Main Street in Rio Vista. Mira leads recipe development and production; Tom handles the shop floor and wholesale pints for local cafés.
Everything is made on site in small batches — base pasteurised in-house, flavours added fresh, and pans frozen within 24 hours of churn.
